Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to look into her soul through her cuisine. Her food comes from her fascination with the cultural aspects that is Los Angeles, which was ignited by a trip in Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatellis and carnitas mingling on the same menu is her belief. All of her meals she draws a picture that is unique and reflects a longing for the historical. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant which was established by Lofaso in 2013. It was founded by the chef as a result of her American-born Italian heritage. Lofaso's interpretation of traditional Italian has been hailed as the one of Los Angeles' most compelling Italian eateries. Lofaso is consistently loved by the Scopa's customers because the food is authentic and deliciously satisfying. Lofaso was a student of legendary chefs and learned their sophisticated methods but she was not afraid to take extraordinary risks to be true to her own instincts. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago after which she went into working closely with celebrities in various Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. Lofaso had found home in the Black Market. Her creative independence could be enhanced by this collaborative effort. Black Market has no one direction in mind and is the same way. The course will begin with dill-flavored potato chips Shishito peppers and follow up with Korean wings. Lofaso teamed with Penguin to release The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for Quick Delicious Home Cooked Meals in the year 2012. This book also reveals about her struggles as a mother of Xea and pursuing her studies in her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that the passion for her achievements originates from the kitchen, and it's in this way that she continues to have a firm finger on the pulse. Through the Chefletics brand, she is changing the look of the industry, by creating clothes for the kitchen that are stylish as well as practicality. The most important thing to Lofaso is sticking to the vision you have set. With this goal, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering, which will convey a more tailored approach to providing clients with a distinctly personal experience.
